1. Operator identity

MyLiveFest is a digital platform operated under the MyLiveFest brand, in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States.

For general or legal inquiries you may write to contacto@mylivefest.com. Full registration details will be published in this section as soon as they are available.

02

2. Nature and scope of the service

MyLiveFest is an informational and discovery platform about festivals, concerts, artists, and content related to live music. We aggregate, organize, and present information from public, official, and collaborative sources.

Unless expressly stated for a specific service, MyLiveFest does not act as an event promoter, ticket seller, or artist representative. Ticket purchases, event attendance, and relationships with third parties are the sole responsibility of the user and the relevant provider.

03

3. Acceptance, capacity, and accounts

Merely browsing the site implies acceptance of these Terms to the extent applicable to anonymous use. Creating an account, publishing content, or purchasing services requires legal capacity to contract under Mexican law (age of majority: 18).

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Acceptance of non-essential cookies is governed by the privacy notice and consent banner, independently of acceptance of these Terms.

04

4. Limited access license

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use MyLiveFest for personal and informational purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Mass automated access, systematic scraping, data mining, unauthorized indexing, mass reproduction of content, or any use that imposes a disproportionate load on our infrastructure is prohibited. For commercial or academic data requests at scale, contact contacto@mylivefest.com in advance.

05

5. MyLiveFest intellectual property

The software, interface design, source code, compiled databases, logos, trademarks, trade names, and other MyLiveFest-owned elements are the property of the operator or its licensors and are protected under Mexican and international intellectual property law.

This protection does not extend to works, stage names, photographs, logos, or third-party content (artists, festivals, media) displayed for informational purposes and subject to the rights of their respective owners.

06

6. Artist and third-party content

Artist, festival, concert, aggregated news, and reference material pages may include text, images, links, and metadata from public sources, RSS feeds, official sites, or contributors.

We strive to attribute sources and link to original content where appropriate. If you are a rights holder and believe material infringes your rights or requires correction, write to contacto@mylivefest.com indicating the MyLiveFest URL and reference to the original material.

07

7. User content

When you publish content in enabled features (comments, ratings, photographs, lists, or other), you retain ownership of your copyright in that content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, technically adapt, display, and distribute your content solely in connection with operating, promoting, and improving MyLiveFest. This license does not authorize general use of your content to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models without your express consent.

08

8. Publisher warranties

By publishing content on MyLiveFest, you represent and warrant that:

09

9. Photographs, voice, and personal image

Do not publish photographs, voice recordings, videos, or other material showing identifiable persons without their consent or a legal basis that permits it.

MyLiveFest may remove content that violates image rights, privacy, or personal dignity under Mexican law. Takedown requests may be sent to contacto@mylivefest.com with information necessary for verification.

10

10. Prohibited and sensitive content

It is prohibited to publish, link to, or distribute through MyLiveFest content that:

11

11. Acceptable use of infrastructure

You agree not to engage in activities that compromise the security, availability, or integrity of MyLiveFest, including unauthorized access attempts, penetration testing without consent, denial-of-service attacks, intentional overload, or circumvention of technical protection measures.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses, accounts, or traffic patterns we detect as abusive, after reasonable assessment and, where possible, notification to the affected user.

12

12. Moderation and content removal

We may review, moderate, restrict visibility of, or remove content that violates these Terms, the law, or third-party rights, including notification procedures under the Federal Copyright Law (LFDA).

If you receive a takedown notice and believe it is an error, you may send a counter-notice to contacto@mylivefest.com with information required by law. Repeat violations may result in permanent account suspension or access blocking.

13

13. Links, advertising, and third parties

MyLiveFest may include links to third-party sites (ticket sales, social networks, media, stores) and advertising through programs such as Google AdSense or other commercial partners.

Some ticket purchase links may be affiliate links: if you make a purchase through them, MyLiveFest may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We do not control third-party content, prices, availability, or policies; your contractual relationship is directly with them.

14

14. Payments and subscriptions

When MyLiveFest offers paid services or recurring subscriptions, specific conditions will be disclosed before purchase, including prices, billing frequency, cancellation, and rights under the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC).

Recurring subscriptions will require express consent for periodic charges and clear cancellation mechanisms accessible from the account or via contacto@mylivefest.com. Refunds will be governed by applicable law and the particular conditions of the purchased service.

15

15. Availability, warranties, and limitation of liability

MyLiveFest is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that information about dates, lineups, venues, prices, or ticket availability is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by Mexican law, MyLiveFest's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the amount you paid MyLiveFest in the 12 months preceding the triggering event. We shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

16

16. Indemnification, suspension, and changes

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyLiveFest against third-party claims arising from your use of the platform, content you publish, or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for serious or repeated breaches. We reserve the right to modify these Terms; material changes will require renewed acceptance or prominent notice before taking effect. Continued use after publication of non-material changes implies acceptance.

17

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts in the United Mexican States, waiving any other venue that might apply, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the LFPC and other applicable regulations.
